Toit is one of the oldest breweries in the city of Bengaluru and has many a loyal customer. Toit has amazing freshly brewed beers that one must try. They have a wide range of beers where six of them are available all the time and they have something called special beers which they offer occasionally. Located in Indiranagar, one cannot miss this place when they are in the city, be it for their great beers or the amazing food they have to offer, Toit is one place that you must experience.
I have been here many times, but only recently did I manage to capture few photos for the blog. I am sure I will be adding more content about this place in the future but for now this is my experience.
Toit is usually crowded sundown and sometimes you may take more than an hour to get yourself a seat, is it worth the wait? I would say so. Luckily, I was able to get my seat after 20 minutes. The have three floors with two to three separate zones only for the smokers, and they are pet friendly too. Toit has a good system when it comes to letting the customers know as to how long they have to wait thanks to their customer support system, where as you enter your details on their in house app you get to know how long you need to wait for and the minute your number is up, you would get a call asking to report to the front desk and then you would be guided to your table.
I ordered the TinTin Toit which is a Belgian-style fruity ale which has a sweet taste along with a citrus flavor. The alcohol level is moderate, and it may not be the most liked beer as it is not bitter like the usual ones. However, if you like a sweet finishing to your taste then this is the beer to have.

Pillar 62 is a unique drink that consists of vodka, rum, orange and pineapple juice, lime juice, and finally blue curacao makes this a very yummy drink. The citrus juices and the blue curacao make it a wild combination, when presented you can clearly make out that there are two different liquid densities separating the citrus and alcohol from the blue curacao.

Chicken Sliders must be one of the tastiest sliders I have had in the city, they are soft and juicy, the breads are very puffy and soft, caramelized onions and pepper relish with mayo adds to the everlasting taste of the sliders. I would love to have this every time I am at Toit. You get a maximum of four pieces per dish and they are heavy on your tummy so be careful with the amount of food you order so that you do not end up wasting any in the end.

Lemon Fried Chicken is small pieces of fried chicken that one would come across as Chicken Popcorn. The lemon adds to the taste while spices makes it a tad bit more spicy and tasty than the regular fried chicken, they are accompanied by burnt garlic and lemon mayo.

Grilled Fish Verde was my highlight for the day. It is very soft and literally melts in your mouth, has a spicy finish and is marinated well with herbs and is served with a citrus mustard sauce. This is must try if you are a seafood lover.

There is so much more to try out in Toit and you can find them at 298, Namma Metro Pillar 62, 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore.
