AMA Cafe located in Majnu-ka-Tila is a Himalayan themed cafe which offers a wide variety of desserts, cakes, and hot beverages. It is a beautiful cafe, usually rushed up thus leading to long waiting times especially during the weekends. You should visit this cafe when you are roaming around in the streets of Majnu-ka-Tila.
We could not explore the entire menu as we chose to go to AMA cafe as our dessert destination after a nice lunch. They have a continental approach, with lots of pizzas, burgers, pastas, and breakfast options to choose from. We had two of their well known dessert choices with a cup of coffee.
Our first dessert was the Fudge Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream with hot chocolate sauce. The brownie was soft and rich in taste and the vanilla ice cream just adds to the hot and cold combo.
Our second dessert was the Tiramisu, this was a beautiful coffee flavored Italian dessert. They do have a wide range of options to explore and I would recommend to try out everything as we were not disappointed with either of the desserts.
The biggest con was the fact that it took them more than 20 minutes to serve this and we had to repeatedly ask many waiters to help us out and that for me kills the vibe. Service has to be much better, especially when you are well known in the vicinity.
