North South Express in Banashankari is the newest food truck around in the city of Bengaluru. They offer a mix of north and south Indian fast food. Ideally you would find not many customers at the same time so you sort of can enjoy the food peacefully without having to wait for long durations. A tiny truck that surely delivers some tasty food.
Cholle Bhature with Paneer was one of the best offerings they had, huge size bhature freshly made with Paneer Cholle. Usually the bhature would be stuffed with paneer but this was the other way around and surprisingly it tasted pretty good. The masala and the flavors were right on.

The Pav Bhajji, another favorite among the locals had two fluffy Pav’s with a well made Bhajji. The Bhajji was flavorful and not very spicy, with the right amount of butter used this was surely worth all the money.

The third dish we had here was the Vada Pav. Vada Pav was a little too dry and the masala powder used was not spicy at all. The filling felt very bland and lacked taste and I feel there is room for improvement here for this dish.

We ended our journey at North South Express with a Thandai. The cold drink was decent enough and I am sure many would feel that the truck would do wonders if they offered Tea and Coffee as it would be the perfect option for an evening outing. You can find them at Indian Motors Banashankari.
