Nuage Patisserie Cafe located in Indirangar is a nice cosy little cafe in the residential area. The cafe offers a wide range of breakfast options, the lunch and dinner options are great as well. Freshly baked bread and cakes is available throughout the day. Finding a parking spot for a four wheeler will be one of the biggest challenges here as it is very hard to find a spot. The service is a bit slow as well, they would however inform you in the beginning itself that it would take a minimum 20 minutes to serve you. We had the following while we are at Nuage Cafe.
Cold Coffee was lot more milk and less coffee, a little too sweet as well. Would have preferred a stronger version as it would have enhanced the taste of coffee.
Hot Chocolate had a very thick texture, but was rich in taste. Best when it is consumed hot.
The Black and White Fries was amazing. The fries were freshly made, not a single piece was overcooked, and was perfect with the Mayo that was provided along with the dish. Basically it is fries with a pinch of salt and pepper dressing.
Classic Meaty Omelet with Pesto Chicken was a really nice take on an egg dish. The Omelet is stuffed with Pesto Chicken and the veggies of your choice. The egg is cooked to perfection, served with a hash brown, 2 slices of bread and butter, this indeed is a perfect dish for breakfast, must say it was quite heavier on the stomach than expected.
For main course we had the Grilled Chicken Steak. The grilled chicken was nicely crisped and done, served with one of the best versions of potato mash that I have come across. They also provide you some veggies on the side. The chicken had a nice blend of spices as well infused with meat.
Apart from the time taken to find a parking spot, and the long intervals for serving food, this cafe in indiranagar is indeed a nice place to lay back and have a nice casual time with your loved ones. You can find them at 787, 12th Main, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore.
