Shyamji’s Chole Bhature opened their second outlet in JP Nagar, Bengaluru and we visited this place wanting to try out some of their dishes. We went there on a Friday evening, and the place was not crowded at all. The service was fast and the staff are friendly as well. Parking for a four wheeler is not available and it’s recommended to park it far off and walk to the place. We had the following while we were at Shyamji’s Chole Bhature.
The Chole Bhature is surely the top dish at Shyamji’s Chole Bhature. The bhature is very fluffy, perfectly cooked, and the chole is super soft as well. The spice level is good, and one can enjoy it with some chutney and onions as well.

Chaas is served chilled in a bottle and I felt it could have been better had it not been that thick.

Malai Sweet Lassi with a pinch of dry fruits on the top is definitely the drink to have when you are at Shyamji’s Chole Bhature. The Lassi is fresh, thick, and very tasty.

Samosa with onion and sev was a bit of a let down. The contents inside the samosa was quite bland, it surely lacked spice, and the onion and sev could not salvage the dish.

Malai Rabdi Gulab Jamun is a very unique dish that is served at Shyamji’s Chole Bhature. You should end your visit with this dish, the thick malai poured on top of a hot jamun will forever be enticing. The jamun is thick and filled with flavor, and the malai rabdi only makes it even more delightful.
