The aesthetic of this cafe is one of the best in the city of Bengaluru. Having recently opened in Bengaluru, Paper & Pie has been making a lot of noise all over social media. The staff here are very friendly and the service is quick as well. They have valet parking available, and the place was not very rushed on a Friday evening. They have lots of seating options and we sat in the open, with a view of the Indiranagar 100 FT Road. We had the following while we were at Paper & Pie.
Vintage Cold Coffee is a blend of milk, vanilla, and espresso. This was thick and rich in taste, and had the perfect amount of vanilla to enrich the taste and sweetness of the drink.
Mocha Cold Coffee is a blend of espresso, milk, chocolate chips, and is topped with coffee dust. The cold coffee at Paper & Pie is surely worth a try.
Chicken Salami & Croissant was packed with flavors and has to be one of my favorites. This croissant is stuffed with tomato, pesto spread, chicken salami, and lettuce and has been cooked to perfection with the croissant having the right amount of flaky coating.
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio pasta with chicken tossed in olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, burnt garlic, basil, and chilli flakes was our choice for the main course. The pasta was soft, flavorful, and worth every penny.
Roasted Chicken Thin Sour Dough Crust Pizza is a six inch pizza, with assorted veggies, and roasted chicken. The taste was fantastic, the base was not burnt or overcooked, while the sauces were on point.
Our choice for dessert was the Japanese Cheesecake. The cheesecake was so soft and fluffy that it literally melted in our mouths. It surely was the perfect way to end our time at Paper & Pie.
