Gold Rush Brews – Bengaluru

This brewery in KR Puram has a wild wild west theme and is huge. Almost every corner has a different vibe and experience. The food and beer options are good, the service is quick and prompt, and the whole American West experience is truly fantastic. We had the following while we were at Gold Rush Brews.

Tried the Hefeweizen which is a German style wheat beer, goes very well with starters that are spicy.

Cappuccino was warm and nice. It is a single shot of espresso with milk foam and milk. Very few breweries offer coffee and tea, but it was great to see that Gold Rush Brews had a few options to choose from.

Torpedo Prawns was surely an eye opener. The presentation and the taste of this dish was beautiful, it was very wholesome indeed. The crispy prawns are wrapped in shredded rice sheet with a zesty lemon sauce.

Sanam Chilli Chicken is a fiery red sannam chilli spiced boneless chicken cubes with mustard seeds and curry leaves. It was nice to try a chilli chicken that uses a different red chilli rather than the traditional green chilli that many restaurants do. An experiment that has surely worked wonders here at Gold Rush Brews.

Egg Roast are grilled boiled eggs marinated with southern spice mix served with Peri Peri Fries. We would have loved the yolk to be a little more well done, but the outer grilled portion with the spice was perfect.

Deconstructed Namma Tiramisu is a Davidoff Coffee Mousee with Kalhua Rocks, pistachio biscotti crumble, and gold dusted leaves. A very unique presentation with a totally different concept makes this a must try at Gold Rush Brews.

Churros with hot chocolate and coffee decoction was the last dish we tried. The cinnamon dusted fresh churros were nice and crispy, served with a salted caramel jelly, and pot of hot chocolate coffee decoction.
